As a city marketer and place maker, I spearheaded the transformation of "The Chambon" in Brussels. Recognizing the potential of an old bank on its ground floor, I envisioned it as the city's first food market. My role was pivotal in lobbying with local authorities and investors to bring this concept to life. Together with stakeholders, we established the “Wolf Food Market”, a culinary hub celebrating diverse cuisines, designed for both locals and tourists. Combining traditional market ambiance with urban modernity, it stands as a testament to innovative urban development in the European Capital.
